1. Description of Services

NetVibe provides web design and web development services, including but not limited to: business websites, landing pages, portfolio websites, e-commerce solutions, website redesigns, and maintenance services.

2. Consultation Services

The initial consultation is free and carries no obligation. Information provided during the consultation is used solely to understand your needs and prepare a project proposal.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon project completion and full payment, the client owns the rights to the website design and content. NetVibe reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement and specified in the project agreement. Typically, we operate on a milestone-based payment schedule. All prices are quoted in USD or EUR unless otherwise agreed.

5. Timelines

Project timelines are established after requirements discussion. Delays caused by late content or feedback from the client are not considered NetVibe's responsibility.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Refund policies depend on the project stage and are specified in the individual project agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

NetVibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. NetVibe's total liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved by the courts of Georgia.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
